Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative and system-focused environment? We are looking for a highly motivated Programme Manager to join the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust Strategy & Partnerships team, working on behalf of the Surrey and Sussex ICB Trust Provider Collaborative (TPC).
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across four NHS providers within Surrey Heartlands, leading complex transformation programmes--particularly within paediatrics--to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency and clinical sustainability at scale.
We are seeking an individual with strong programme management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams. NHS experience and familiarity with large-scale transformation is essential.
Working closely with the TPC's Senior Programme Management Team, clinical and operational leaders, you will oversee programme governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and delivery. You must be comfortable working autonomously across multiple organisations, navigating complexity, and driving progress at pace.
