FCC Canada, part of the Construction Division of FCC Group, has been present in Canada since 1997. We have been involved in innovative subway infrastructure work, such as the Highway 407 stations and Northern Tunnels for the Toronto York Spadina Subway Line Expansion, as well as the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Fredericton Moncton Highway. Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations (PTUS)
FCC Canada, in a 50/50 joint venture with Webuild Civil Works Inc., will deliver the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations section of the Ontario Line. This includes the design, construction, supply, and operation of three kilometres of twin tunnels underneath Pape Avenue between the Gerrard tunnel portal and the Don Valley bridge, two underground stations (Pape and Cosburn ), two tunnel portals, three emergency exit buildings, and a rail switch/crossover near Sammon Avenue.
The Pape Station connection will interface with the Toronto Transit Commission Line 2 subway and related works.
The project uses a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) model, allowing greater collaboration between the project owner and contractor.
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator (Project Reporting Analyst) is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting project performance data to support decision‑making on large‑scale infrastructure projects. This role plays a key part in consolidating monthly client reports, developing dashboards, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow across all departments involved in the project—particularly in transit and underground‑station construction environments.
The Project Coordinator (Project Reporting Analyst) will report to: Project Control Lead
1-5 construction experience; multi-disciplinary, large-scale projects would be an asset.
Job Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in generating detailed reports and creating dynamic dashboards using various tools, including but not limited to Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret detailed information and translate it into well‑structured charts, tables, and visual summaries that support clear communication and data‑driven decisions.
- Experience in project management, project engineering, and project planning, encompassing the meticulous handling of scope, schedule, cost, and quality aspects.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience supporting large infrastructure, transit, or tunneling projects is an asset.
- Strong Communication skills and managing good relationships with different stakeholders.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 CAD annually
