About The Role

Be part of this ‘once in a generation’ project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to provide reliable load low-carbon electricity.

The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O’Rourke.

We are more than just an alliance, we are bringing together a single delivery organisation with years of learning and experience from other major complex infrastructure programmes worldwide.

What you'll be doing

Coordinates project documentation and onboarding processes, acting as the primary link between Document Controllers, Supply Chain, and Onboarding teams. Ensures timely and accurate flow of information and documentation to support project delivery and team integration.

Who we're looking for

Essential

  • Proven experience in project coordination, document control, or supply chain coordination within a complex project environment.
  • Strong, demonstrable competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Experience working with document control systems, specifically A-Site and Teamcentre.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with commercial systems used in supply chain management, particularly CEMAR.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Personable, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • 42 hours

Desirable

  • Experience supporting onboarding processes or HR coordination in a project or supply chain context.
  • Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Knowledge of best practices in document management and onboarding processes.
  • Experience facilitating collaboration between multiple departments or external partners.
  • Proficiency in additional document management or collaboration platforms.
