Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery activities across the programme. The role is responsible for maintaining a robust project plan, managing RAID and Change Control, unblocking risks and issues, and ensuring clear, accurate reporting to senior business and technology stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibiltites

  • Owning and maintaining the project plan
  • Facilitating RAID management, Change Control, and cross-team issue resolution
  • Preparing materials for project portfolio reviews and senior stakeholder forums
  • Ensuring high-quality programme reporting, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Supporting programme controls and coordination across interdependent strategic initiatives


Basic Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of project management or PMO experience in complex global programmes
  • Background in supply chain, SAP, or ERP within biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments. Focus on business delivery with good understanding of tech delivery.
  • Strong programme controls expertise (Scope, Plan, RAID, Change Control, Cost, Reporting)
  • Proven planning, orchestration, and execution skills
  • Ability to provide clear, objective reporting to leadership and PMO stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot
  • High commitment to accuracy, quality, and delivery discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in analysing and presenting key information using Excel or similar tools
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work onsite in West London 2–3 days per week (or as needed)
