The Role


You’ll be part of our Programme and Project Management team, supporting the successful delivery of new and ongoing healthcare projects. Working alongside senior colleagues, you’ll play a key role in managing projects, building client relationships, and ensuring excellence at every stage.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of complex health sector projects from business case through to completion
  • Building strong, collaborative client relationships
  • Managing day-to-day project coordination and reporting
  • Supporting procurement and tender processes
  • Assisting with NEC4 contract administration
  • Preparing high-quality reports and presentations
  • Monitoring project performance, risk and financial control
  • Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Contributing to business development and bid preparation
  • Escalating risks and issues appropriately to senior leadership


This role offers exposure, responsibility, and clear progression opportunities.


What we’re looking for


You’ll bring solid project experience, strong organisational skills, and the ambition to continue developing your expertise.


Experience & Knowledge:

  • Experience working within the Health Sector (preferred)
  • NEC4 contract experience (or exposure)
  • Experience supporting Business Case Stage delivery
  • Public Sector project experience
  • Practical experience in project management within construction or consultancy
  • Understanding of construction procurement strategies
  • Awareness of building contract legislation
  • Experience supporting contract administration as CA, EA or PM

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
    • Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
    • Organised with strong attention to detail
    • Commercial awareness and financial literacy
    • Analytical and solution-focused
    • Confident using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint


    Professional Membership (working towards or achieved):

    • Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
    • Association for Project Management (MAPM)
    • Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB)
