Job Purpose

To ensure projects are delivered successfully, customer relationships are enhanced, project teams are supported, and business priorities are achieved.

Essential

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing the delivery of construction or civil engineering projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Demonstrable experience in managing health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.

Desirable

Experience with risk and opportunity management.

Commercial awareness and experience working with contract performance forecasts.

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, TWC and lift appointed person).
