Project Manager

• Supporting the Head of Change & Data with any future recruitment activity
  
• Day to day HR admin (managing holiday requests and sickness reporting)
  
• Responsibility for PM change audits – ensuring the Change Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is always adhered to by PM’s
  
• Feedback and coaching from Change audit results
  
• Ongoing coaching & development of PM’s to ensure consistent standards are maintained in line with the Change Management SOP.
  

Project Management (70% of role)

Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, the role is responsible for ensuring all projects within their remit are successfully delivered and are on time and within budget.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• The role will involve but is not limited to:
  
• Defining the scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables, resources and budgets for business and IT led change projects.
  
• Developing and communicate project plans, risks and opportunities effectively.
  

• Proven working experience in project management.
  
• Experience in working with technology and managing the implementation of software solutions.
  
• Strong experience in building schedules in MS Project and being able to show inter team dependencies.
  
• Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle and the role of each of the functional teams involved in project delivery.
