The day-to-day
Project Managers sit within the Delivery, Technology & Operations function and report into the Chief Technology Officer. As a Project Manager, you will lead client onboarding projects and strategic Reward initiatives end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through to production go-live. You will coordinate internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to drive seamless execution across concurrent projects. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and delivery excellence.
