What you'll be doing

As a Project Manager with Balvac, you’ll take full ownership of projects from start to finish—balancing safety, quality, time and cost while building strong customer relationships.

  • Lead and motivate project teams and supply chain partners to deliver to programme, budget and quality targets
  • Own project P&L and drive commercial performance
  • Champion Zero Harm, embedding a culture of safety excellence on every project
  • Manage customer relationships, change control and decision-making to exceed expectations
  • Deliver sustainability objectives, including waste, energy and water efficiency
  • Implement robust planning, risk, change and project controls
  • Apply Lean Construction principles and visual management to improve productivity and safety
  • Use BIM / digital tools to optimise delivery and collaboration
  • Report clearly on progress, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders

  • Who we're looking for

    • Proven experience in project management within construction or civil engineering
    • Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Commercially aware, with experience managing costs and margins
    • Passionate about safety, quality and continuous improvement
    • CSCS card essential
    • Professional qualification (e.g. APMP) and technical qualification desirable
    • Experience or training in Lean Construction is an advantage
