What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Client Success within Future Creative, you will optimize the delivery of branded content partnerships across editorial brands. You will lead projects, managing everything from creative shoots and client decks to live campaign execution.

As the primary client contact, you will collaborate with Sales and Editorial teams to ensure the smooth, accurate delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include managing asset collection, overseeing quality assurance (QA), and maintaining an understanding of our e-commerce and branded content capabilities.

In addition to this, you will monitor and optimize campaign metrics to exceed key measurements, providing strategic reporting and recommendations to all partners, demonstrating clear value.

Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve

  • Project management experience within publishing
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com & Asana
  • Experience delivering partnerships including custom video / content production, including being on set, leading PPM meetings, and working with producers to ensure assets are delivered on time to the highest quality
