About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Heathfield/Portland branch, supporting projects predominately across the South‑East.
You will be responsible for leading engineering projects from initial enquiry through to completion — ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and technical problem‑solving.

You will bring:

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Heathfield/Portland branch, supporting projects predominately across the South‑East.
You will be responsible for leading engineering projects from initial enquiry through to completion — ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and technical problem‑solving.
In This Job, You Will…
- Manage multiple projects ranging from high‑volume/low‑value to high‑value/low‑volume
- Visit customer sites, carry out audits and oversee field technician teams
- Manage full project lifecycle including quotes, approvals, delivery, cost control, suppliers and invoicing
- Own customer relationships and act as their key point of contact
- Lead and manage field technicians, work orders, planning, critical paths, RAMS and process orders
- Conduct commercial project reviews and agree project terms (internal & external)
- Monitor and report costs, profitability and performance across all assigned projects
- Identify risks (technical & commercial) and develop mitigation plans
- Produce monthly KPI, performance and financial reports
- Maximise sales opportunities by proposing innovative engineering solutions
- Apply a consultative, problem‑solving approach to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams across engineering, deliveries, commercial and proposals
