Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee the delivery of our turnkey timber frame housing projects across the United Kingdom, primarily in the Greater London and Cambridge areas, as well as the Channel Islands.
The Role
The Role
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects within your designated region.
- Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, from initial access inspections through to final account settlement.
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients from the house erection date onwards.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and partner companies working on site.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations and variation orders.
- Work closely with our logistics team to manage materials, stock levels and site setup.
- Provide support and act as a key contact for our installation teams in England.
- Ideally qualified through a trade background with further training as a Construction Technician or Master Craftsman, or hold a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
