Nottinghamshire County Council's Property Commissioning Team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Commissioning Officer to join our dedicated team.
In this vital role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of services, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, property projects. This could include working on programmes delivering new school and council buildings, maintenance and repair of the existing estate or the expansion and improvement of councils service delivery buildings. You will work with operational and strategic teams to define the brief and scope of required projects and work closely with the Councils property partner, Arc Partnership, to ensure successful delivery.

You will be educated to degree level or have significant relevant experience and able to demonstrate experience of successful delivery of property projects at all stages, from strategic definition to handover, across projects of varying scale and complexity. The role is within the Property Commissioning team. You will work to a high professional standard, taking a dynamic role in managing risk and health & safety.
