Property Counsel - National Infrastructure Programme
Location: Birmingham

Help define the legal foundations of one of the UK’s most transformative infrastructure projects. This is a rare opening to work at the intersection of property law, strategy, and delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals, telecoms, leases, licences, and easements
- Negotiate agreements with utilities and statutory undertakers
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements
What you’ll bring:
- Qualified solicitor with strong property and infrastructure law expertise, ideally with an LA, construction or utilities projects background
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate high-value negotiations
- Infrastructure or development experience is highly advantageous
