Group Operations Finance Manager

Location: Sutton Coldfield (Hybrid - 3 days a week)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £70k - £75k

We’re looking for:
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Experience working in multi-site or operational environments (property or manufacturing exposure beneficial)
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
