An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join Milton Keynes NHS Talking Therapies. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and skilled practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our local community.

The postholder will be expected to attend the service in person for part of the week to support face-to-face clinical work, team meetings, supervision and collaborative working. There is also flexibility to work remotely from home on other days, in line with service needs and agreed working patterns. We offer regular case management and clinical skills supervision, opportunities for CPD, and access to a range of wellbeing and professional support resources.
As a PWP, you will work within a stepped-care model, delivering assessments and evidence-based low-intensity interventions to individuals experiencing common mental health difficulties.
These assessments and interventions may be delivered in person, online via our digital platform, or over the telephone. Our service operates a hybrid working model, giving you the flexibility to divide your time between working from home and being on site at our base in Stantonbury Health Centre. We also offer flexible working hours, along with regular supervision, annual appraisals, and a range of opportunities for ongoing professional development.
