QA Engineer (ServiceNow) – Hybrid, Marlow
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid – 2 Days per Week Onsite in Marlow
A leading UK technology services company is looking for a QA Engineer with ServiceNow experience to join its Business Systems team, supporting the delivery of critical internal platforms as the organisation continues to grow and scale.
You’ll be embedded within a ServiceNow implementation squad, playing a key role in shaping test strategy and ensuring high-quality releases across both in-house and third-party systems.
The Role
As a QA Engineer, you’ll take ownership of testing activity within your squad, working closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to ensure changes meet business needs and are delivered to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role covering both manual and automated testing, with real influence over test plans, processes and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review and execute test plans and scripts (manual and automated)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a QA / software testing role
- Experience with manual and/or automated test execution
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM and CSM
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Confident working with development teams to resolve defects
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow ATF automation experience
- Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, security, load)
- ServiceNow and/or ISTQB certifications
- Experience testing ServiceNow TPSM
