Join our dynamic team at Nottinghamshire County Council as a Quality and Compliance Manager (Regulated Services) within the Adult Social Care and Health department. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all internal services regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will develop and maintain robust quality assurance systems, conduct regular audits, and drive continuous improvement across CQC regulated services. Acting as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, you will ensure alignment with statutory requirements and promote best practices.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proficient background in quality assurance or compliance within CQC regulated services. Your expertise in applying the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) 2014 regulations, coupled with your ability to lead and support Registered Managers, will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence.
