The role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assessor to join our Client Protection team. This is a highly influential role that sits at the heart of ensuring our decision making is fair and consistent and that we deliver excellent customer service to the public.
As a Quality Assurance Assessor, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving service quality standards of caseworks across the function You will conduct independent reviews of cases , to identify good practice, areas of improvement and strengthen outcomes for the public.
Working closely with managers and operational teams, you will also analyse quality data and produce regular reporting to provide insight into performance and quality outcomes.
