Description

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Quality Engineer to join our growing team. As a part of a strong global industrial group, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams.


You will play a key role in ensuring product compliance, resolving non-conformances, and maintaining high standards in line with AS9100 and customer requirements.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations into customer and internal non-conformances and drive effective corrective actions
  • Conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and achieved
  • Ensure processes and documentation comply with AS9100 and other applicable regulatory standards
  • Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits in accordance with AS9100
  • Monitor KPIs and support performance improvement activities

  •  Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role (or similar) within a manufacturing environment (mechanical or electrical)
    • Strong working knowledge of AS9100 standards
    • Experience with 8D, FAIR, Control Plans, FMEA, and PPAP documentation
    • Ability to lead structured problem-solving activities
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across departments
    • Internal auditing experience is desirable
