- Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt preferred) or equivalent practical expertise
- Experience with basic statistical analysis for continuous improvement using approved tools
- Exposure to process mining or workflow analytics using internally approved solutions
- Experience standardizing operating procedures and implementing control plans to sustain gains
