We're looking for an inspirational Quality professional who can lead an outstanding team who take great pride in their specialism and our world class approach to QA.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of quality management systems and planning processes.
• Develop local strategies and methodologies to improve quality performance within the sector.
• Monitor and report on quality performance using established indicators.
• Resolve quality issues in collaboration with sector management and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality-related concerns and identify improvement opportunities.

Essentials:

• First Degree in Quality Management or equivalent.
• Proven background in a process and energy industry manufacturing related quality position.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the process and energy sector.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process and energy sectors.
• Ability to make timely decisions in dynamic situations.

Desirables:

• Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQP MCQI).
• Post Graduate qualification in Quality Management or equivalent.
• Experience in EPC home office activities and site construction.
• Committed to high standards of procedural safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

You'll have a recognised qualification in an Engineering/Construction discipline and ideally be a member of the CQI.
