Backed by significant institutional investment, the company is entering an exciting period of growth and development. Based from their West London office, the successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and will take full commercial responsibility for new development projects.
These schemes will primarily consist of high-quality fit out and refurbishment works, with individual package values circa £14 million.

Package on offer
• Basic salary in the range of £80,000 – £90,000
• Discretionary bonus up to 15%
