We would love to hear from you if you have experience of procurement, pre-contract, post contract and cost planning within a construction environment, preferably with experience and knowledge of Framework Agreements and various contracts such as PSPC, JCT and NEC3/4.
Essential requirements for the role:
Commercial experience in a construction project related environment.
Microsoft Office skills, including being reasonably conversant with Microsoft Excel and producing cost plans and cost data in formats for inclusion in reports for consideration.
Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. HNC, HND, BSc, MSc) in a Quantity Surveying discipline, or has equivalent demonstrable experience and knowledge.
Willing to undertake or working towards or holds full membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB etc)
Understanding and working knowledge of contract procedures within a partnership-based procurement environment.
