As part of a strategic investment and ongoing growth of our real estate practice, we are seeking real estate lawyers (NQ - 5PQE), with a solid background across Commercial, Development and Investment Real Estate to join our successful team in Birmingham.

Our global Real Estate practice operates across a range of jurisdictions and is a market leader, working closely with investors/funds, developers and operators in the office, commercial, hotel, student, logistics, build-to-rent (BTR), health and social care, and retail sectors, and we are actively involved throughout the life cycle of the assets, from acquisition, finance and development, through to delivery, and the letting, management and operation of the completed assets.

We have big plans for our practice in Birmingham, with an upcoming office move to a great new location in 19 Cornwall Street in mid-2026.

You should have a strong track record in Real Estate law and the drive and ability to deliver high-quality work.
