A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Senior level Associate to join its expanding Real Estate Finance team in London.
You’ll work on a broad range of UK and cross-border real estate financings, advising lenders and sponsors on high-value, complex transactions across a diverse range of sectors.
You will ideally have strong experience in real estate finance including drafting and negotiating LMA-style facilities, security, intercreditor and guarantees. You will be confident in the project management of CP processes and have proven national and international REF experience.
In return you will join a top-tier global real estate finance practice who are collaborative, supportive and inclusive. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
