What role will you play?
You will play a vital role in scaling Macquarie Real Estate Partners in EMEA, performing a wide range of activities.This includes mapping and tracking relevant investors and platform companies, coordinating outreach, preparing for and leading meetings, and conducting post-meeting follow-ups, as well as attending industry events and supporting the planning of roadshows to maximise engagement.
You will support product development by preparing content for product strategy papers, attending weekly platform company meetings, assisting with the preparation of materials for investment committee, and reviewing fees, side letters, fund structures, etc. You will also contribute to marketing efforts, manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as placement agents, and assist with RFPs, DDQs, onboarding and post-commitment investor servicing.
What You Offer
- 4-8 years’ experience in real estate fundraising, investor relations, advisory or investment
- An understanding of opportunistic real estate investment, fund structures and investor requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly articulate product strategy, risk/return dynamics and vehicle structures
