Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and dynamic Reception Coordinator to join our Inner Division Walk in Centres Division. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for delivering compassionate and efficient care to our patients. In addition to direct patient interaction, you will play a key role in supporting your team to ensure that service needs are met consistently across the division.
As a Reception Coordinator, you will not only manage patient-facing duties but also oversee and guide your team to maintain high standards of service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on patient experience while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Warmly welcome patients, carers, staff and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments and services
Accurately book patient appointments, prioritising based on urgency and patient needs
Ensure all patients are treated with dignity and respect, maintaining confidentiality and delivering sensitive information with tact and professionalism
Play an active role in enhancing the overall patient experience by contributing to continuous improvements in service delivery
The role is varied and includes a mix of reception duties and administrative responsibilities, with opportunities to take on leadership tasks as required.
