Description
Abingdon Community Hospital is looking for a part time receptionist/administrator who can prioritise work load and has plenty of initiative. The receptionist/administrator will be supporting the Outpatients department as well as supporting the wider admin teams.

This is a part time role working 15 hours per week, 9-5 Thursday and Friday.

To provide professional, effective and efficient reception and administrative support to all staff working within the department using agreed processes and procedures to ensure the service standards are achieved. To be the first point of contact for service users in Abingdon Community Hospital, managing clinic room bookings and queries, answering phones and assisting where necessary to ensure the priorities of the team are delivered effectively.
