We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as Receptionist at Sun Street Hotel. With an initial focus of building our opening team, this position offers a clear career pathway as part of the Front Office team.

The Ideal Individual
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position for a Hotel or Restaurant as well as proven experience of working in a luxury environment.
The ideal individual will have confidence, flair and excellent customer service, with the ability to create memorable guest experiences. You will have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise with a positive demeanour.

Role Responsibilities
- Work with all Departments to understand the daily operational requirements, to enable you to meet each and every guest/member request.
- Work in partnership with all departments to deliver excellence.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of all daily operations and events, as well as any changes to procedures.
- Checking VIP Rooms/Itineraries/Amenities and special requests.
- Managing Check In/Check Out and assisting guests with luggage handling and storage, as required.
- Follow all cash handling procedures to ensure payment is taken in the correct manner from members and guests.
- Take every opportunity to get to know & understand our members and guests.
- Ensure full knowledge of the One Crown Place & our neighbourhood.
