Receptionist | Spire Leicester Hospital | Oadby Leicester | full time | Permanent

Are you passionate about people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, caring environment where no two days are the same? Spire Leicester is looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to join our welcoming team.

In this role you’ll be at the heart of our patient experience, helping create a warm and reassuring atmosphere from the moment someone steps into our award-winning hospital.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming, registering and directing patients, consultants and visitors
• Supporting patient admissions and managing front-of-house queries
• Handling confidential patient information accurately and sensitively
• Liaising with clinical, finance and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and patient care at reception
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A calm, caring and professional manner
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
• Confidence working with computers and handling data
• Previous experience in healthcare or reception is a bonus — but not essential
