We have an exciting opportunity for a
Recovery Coordinator within our specialist Detox and Rehab team, who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
This role will be predominantly supporting people pre and post-detox, into and through a bespoke post-treatment programme. You will focus on helping people to achieve positive outcomes by coordinating their personalised recovery journey, thorough goal setting and support planning. You will oversee their participation in group programmes, courses, treatment, and medical reviews, whilst continually managing risk and minimising harm.

Hours Full time, 37.5 per week
Contract Type Permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award
