Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

What you'll be doing
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of site operatives
• Managing workforce records and compliance documents
• Assisting the labour desk with payroll queries and admin
• Coordinating paperwork for audits and client portals
• Liaising with operatives, site teams and internal staff
We're looking for someone who
• Is organised and detail focused
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is confident using Word, Excel and Outlook
• Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Bonus points if you have
• Punjabi language skills
• Experience in recruitment or construction admin
• REC training or knowledge of Zoho HR systems
