What You Will Do

• Partner and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the bank to understand resourcing needs.
• Design, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high calibre talent — particularly candidates from technology, AI, data engineering and machine learning disciplines — by leveraging a diverse range of sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and industry events.”

Maintains accurate records of recruitment activity to meet regulatory reporting standards.

Builds strong relationships with external parties/ partners including executive search firms where required to deliver against the Bank’s recruitment needs.

What You Will Need

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• Extensive experience of leading end to end recruitment processes, with a focus on head hunting, market mapping and direct sourcing in the Banking and Finance Industry in AI, software engineering, machine learning, data science, product development space.
• Proven experience recruiting into FinTech scale-ups, digital banking, payments, trading platforms, or high-growth tech organisations.
• Demonstrate high levels of agility and ability to adapt to changes and operate as part of a high performing team.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience: proven experience partnering, influencing and advising the business to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

Important Footnote
