Job Description

As Recruitment Co-ordinator you will provide administrative and coordination support within the Human Resources Department, specifically within the Resourcing function. Offering a quality service to hiring managers and external candidates

Working Alongside a Recruiter You Will Be Responsible For

  • Owning the coordination of onsite and virtual interviews
  • Owning the post offer and on boarding process
  • Providing timely feedback to candidates
  • Conducting pre-screens
  • Responding to hiring manager and candidate queries
  • Creating vacancies and advertisements
  • Facilitate and support the coordination of recruitment campaigns and projects
  • Ensuring that the in-house recruitment systems used to capture recruitment related information are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Support the wider HR function as and when required

  • Qualifications

    • An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and capability to deliver within it
    • Experience or willingness to take part in candidate interviews (when necessary)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent and proven organisational and coordination skills
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar in-house databases
    • Ability to work on own initiative
    • Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Proven experience in a similar role gained in a recruitment function

    Additional Information

    This role has a starting salary of between £30,600 - £34,000, dependant on experience, plus our flexible benefits package.

    We are open to this role being hybrid with time spent in our offices (expected 2-3 days) and time spent from home. Some requirement for travel will be required both within the UK .
