💰 Starting salary: £26,100 - £35,000

🕒 Working hours: 8:30 - 5:30 with 4pm finish on Fridays

📈 Uncapped commission, paid monthly, with total transparency

Your Role as a 360 Consultant

You’ll join one of our specialist divisions - HR, Social Housing, or Property Management - managing client and candidate relationships across the full recruitment cycle:

🔹 Building and maintaining strong client relationships through calls, meetings, LinkedIn and email marketing

🔹 Attracting, shortlisting, and advising candidates across a range of levels

🔹 Balancing commercial targets with consultative, value-led service

🔹 Working as part of a team driven by shared goals and our core values: collaboration, transparency, growth, and respect

What You’ll Bring

✔️ Solid recruitment experience (agency - 360 experience desirable)
