Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant

TEAM: US Tech & AI / US Data Center Markets
LOCATION: Billericay, Essex
HOURS: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-21:00pm | Friday 10:00am-17:00pm

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (1-3 years' experience) to join our growing US Tech & AI and US Data Center teams.

This is a warm desk opportunity in high-demand US markets, giving you the chance to work with active clients, engaged candidates, and existing revenue streams from day one. What You'll Be Doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

Developing and managing relationships with clients across the US Tech, AI, and Data Center sectors
Business development and winning new client partnerships
Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement

Building and maintaining a high-quality candidate network

Consulting with clients on hiring strategy, market trends, and talent availability

Negotiating offers and closing placements

Driving consistent billing performance and growth within your market

What We're Looking For

1-3 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
Experience recruiting within STEM markets (Tech, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure or similar preferred)
Proven ability in business development and client management
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A driven, ambitious mindset with a passion for high performance and earning potential
Ability to work US-aligned hours to support client markets
