Recruitment Coordinator

Korn Ferry is hiring for a Recruitment Coordinator for the RPO side of our business that will be supporting one of our major clients in the Semi-Conductor Industry.

The Recruitment Coordinator, a pivotal member of our team, manages all coordination and administrative tasks throughout the comprehensive hiring process. As the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing video conferencing.
• Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time.
• Manage job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and brand image.
• Contract management, including drafting and sending contracts to candidates.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous administration/coordination/scheduling experience is essential
• Experience in preparing employment contracts
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail.
• Experience of working within a Recruitment / RPO environment is an advantage
• Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
