Are you someone who’s looking for a challenge, in a high energy environment and love learning every day?
If that sounds like you, based on a 40hour working week, there’s potential to earn an average of £535+ per week as a Warehouse Operative.
Come along to our Recruitment Day in our Nutts Corner RDC on Saturday,28th March 2026 between 10am - 1pm. We will be holding fast tracked interviews.

You’ll be picking in all of our different product categories. We can provide set days off to support your work life balance and a training plan which will get you up to speed. We rely heavily on your input and effort and in return you’ll receive a competitive hourly rate!

What you'll do
- Enjoy flexible work hours with our enticing shift options We provide rosters 3 week in advance.
- Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift
- A flexible can-do attitude
- Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment
- A good team player
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
We offer a competitive and transparent salary system, that ensures pay equality across all positions at Lidl
- £12.80 per hour rising to £14.50 per hour after 3 years
- Basic Rate £12.80

- £16.50 (Unsocial Hours)
- £19.80 (Overtime/Sundays)
- Basic Rate £13.80
- £17.25 (Unsocial Hours)
- £20.70 (Overtime/Sundays)
- Basic Rate £14.50
