The person:

As this is a leadership role we're not only looking for a great recruiter, we're looking for an incredible people leader too.

Experience managing a team with mixed levels of experience - weekly 121, coaching, running kick off meetings, running incentives
Ideally you will have interim recruitment experience focused on Procurement and Supply chain in Europe, however we will look at permanent backgrounds too.
