Extraordinary Care. Extraordinary Culture. Extraordinary Careers.
Helping Hands was built on kindness, and that spirit continues to guide everything we do. We’re a purpose-driven team supporting people to live safely and independently in the homes they love. When you join Helping Hands, you become part of a supportive, ambitious organisation where your expertise is trusted, your voice is heard, and your career can truly grow.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (Adult) to join our Clinical team as a Regional Registered Nurse. In this specialist role, you’ll lead and develop person-centred care for customers with clinical and complex needs, helping them remain safely at home.
Working across one of our regions (with regular travel), you’ll play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, improving quality, and embedding excellent clinical practice. Reporting to the Senior Clinical Lead, you’ll be visible in the field — supporting managers, mentoring carers, and creating a strong learning culture that enables safe, confident delivery of complex care.
This role offers real autonomy and the chance to shape how clinical excellence is delivered in a growing, commercial care environment that values your professional judgement.
