Role Title: Regional Marketing Executive

Division: Marketing & Client Strategy 

Location: London

Contract: FTC – 6mth

Working pattern: Hybrid

 

About the Role 

A support and delivery role within the Regional Marketing team assisting in developing and executing effective multi-channel campaigns that line up to our overall marketing plan for the region. Providing effective and collaborative support to our community of local stakeholders, leveraging strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and working collectively alongside broader Regional team to ensure best-practice delivery.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

 

  • Build positive relationships across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of campaigns, events and partnerships.
  • Assist local marketing leadership, including actively contributing to planning and delivery of key campaigns and activations for the region, ensuring high quality is always delivered.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Collaborate with the team to leverage data insights for targeted campaigns & activity to effectively engage key audience segments, as well as, engage and grow our existing client base.
  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Support planning and execution of regional events and sponsorships (virtual and in-person), managing end-to-end logistics, supplier engagement, and hospitality coordination. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, risk assessments, contracts, and GDPR.
  • Communications: Create and manage pre- and post-event communications using email platforms to optimise engagement.
  • Develop briefs for agencies and coordinate with external suppliers to effectively deliver on key marketing activations and partnerships, ensuring the highest quality is always delivered.
  • Strategic Partnerships: support across our strategic partnerships to maximise benefits and opportunities for the region.
  • Content Development: Assist with drafting, proofreading, and editing marketing materials—including collateral and client communications—ensuring alignment with brand tone, compliance & working alongside stakeholders to develop local content pieces to be leveraged across all available channels.
  • Budget & Reporting: Support the Senior Marketing Manager with budget forecasting, reconciliation, invoicing, and cost negotiation. Measure and report on the commercial impact and ROI of campaigns, events, and activities, while working effectively within approved budget for activation.

  • About you 

    • Experience in inputting and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to evaluate and provide objective feedback on concepts and creative execution.
    • Proactive approach; strong organisational skills; strong attention to detail.
    • Experience of managing and executing events and sponsorship programmes.
    • Knowledge of importance of brand guidelines and consistency with events and sponsorship activation.
    • Experience of working with suppliers and agencies.
    • Able to deliver and work to tight deadlines, multi-tasking and ability to time manage own work effectively.
    • Experience of working in a corporate environment as part of a marketing team.
    • Understanding of hospitality, regulatory guidelines and gift support.
    • Skill set in helping manage budgets and ROI against core event programmes.
