Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Operations Manager in Newcastle. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee and ensure the effective delivery of security services within the assigned region. Responsibilities include managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and client agreements, optimizing operational efficiency, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role will also involve performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining strong client relationships to align services with customer needs and expectations.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, such as team management and staff training
- Strong operational management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, quality assurance, and compliance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships and manage stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of security industry standards and practices
- Experience with data analysis and reporting for operational decision-making
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in security management, business management, or a related field
