As a Regional Projects Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high-value projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a team of Project Managers and Engineers, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and maintaining accountability for project success.

As a Regional Projects Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high-value projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a team of Project Managers and Engineers, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and maintaining accountability for project success.
You will
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, Application and Commissioning Engineers, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the BEMS / Building Controls sector, with a track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects.
- A strong understanding of BEMS technologies (e.g., Siemens, Trend, Tridium) and commercial project management principles.
- The ability to align project outcomes with business objectives, balancing financial, operational, and customer needs.
- The capability to thrive under pressure, navigate challenges with creativity, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives, with polished written and verbal skills.
