The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is to lead, develop, and execute sales strategies within their assigned region to achieve revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction goals. This role typically involves overseeing regional sales, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy while adapting to local market conditions.
