We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager
to cover the Midlands — someone who can spot opportunities, create demand, and become the go‑to partner for builders’ merchants and contractors.

- Growing sales and expanding our reach across the Midlands Region
- Building strong partnerships with merchants, main contractors, and groundwork specialists
- Getting out in front of customers, uncovering needs, and winning high‑value deals
- Owning your territory, managing your pipeline, and driving results
- Working closely with our HQ team to deliver a seamless, premium service
- Using CRM tools (Goldmine & MS Dynamics) to stay organised and ahead of the game
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years selling drainage or heavy civil products
- Experience with sustainable drainage solutions
- Strong technical understanding — from stormwater storage to flow control and treatment
- A successful track record with builders’ merchants, contractors, and premium product ranges
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid passport
