Imperial Recruitment Group are working with TK Access Solutions who are looking to appoint a Regionals Sales Manager covering their Southern Europe territory, While the role covers an international region, the ideal candidate will be based near Teesside (North East England), with the flexibility for occasional travel across Europe

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to lead the sales team for the Southern Europe region (FR, ES, IT) to develop and implement a sales strategy for the region that yields a sustainable competitive advantage that translates into continued growth and profitability that is consistent with the Company’s strategic sales plan. It will also incorporate remote leadership and development within the MENA and SEA region. The holder will have a thorough understanding of the Company’s products, services and capabilities and can coordinate the efforts of the region’s sales team to effectively serve our customers. They will provide strategic leadership in implementing the region’s overall sales strategy, policies and procedures.
