Role Purpose
The Regional Site Facilities Manager is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Site Facilities Managers to deliver a consistent, quality FM service ensuring our Estate is safe, legal and compliant.
They are also accountable for ensuring their Team delivers all Operational elements of our Lease End process – in particular taking the property back on the termination date and the scope and delivery of all simple re-letting works which brings empty and derelict spaces back into use.
Lastly the RSFM is accountable for creating, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and contractors to drive engagement, collaboration and improve operational delivery. They will develop and build the continuous improvement initiatives for the SFM Team, and they will also take the high level business strategies and implement at Team level as we continue through our transformation programme.
