This role involves regular travel across the South & South East region.

We value your dedication with:

  • 24/7/365 GP Line – for you and your family
  • Access to cash plans supporting colleagues and their dependants

  • Ongoing training and professional development from induction onwards

About the Role

As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll:

  • Provide hands-on support to operational managers, teams and colleagues across both regulated and non-regulated services.
  • Coach and guide services based on business needs, helping drive quality, consistency and best practice.
  • Support the Operations Manager to ensure services deliver exceptional care and continuous improvement.
  • Assist or manage services that require additional support, including flexible working across a 7‑day rota, varying shifts, and occasional overnight stays.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and all Local Authority, CCG, NHS and safeguarding requirements.
  • Promote our ETHOS values and lead by example across all services.
  • In the absence of a Registered Manager, take responsibility for service compliance and may be required to register with CQC as the Registered Manager.
  • Oversee the quality, financial, health & safety and regulatory performance of services within your geographical portfolio.

  • About You

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Has strong operational management experience within health & social care
    • Is confident leading multiple services and supporting diverse teams
    • Understands CQC standards and compliance expectations
    • Works flexibly to meet service needs
    • Is committed to person-centred practice and improving outcomes for the people we support
    • Brings a positive, supportive approach to coaching and leadership

    Why Work With Us?

From day one, you’ll be supported through our structured training pathway, with real opportunities for progression within a leading social care organisation.
