Manage a warm and friendly home that is a safe and supportive environment for our children and young people to achieve positive outcomes authentic to
them.Ensure compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality
care.Lead and inspire a motivated team, providing guidance and sup
port.Manage budgets, resources, and the home environ
ment.Safeguard young people and liaise with professionals to achieve positive outc
omes.Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home's statement of purpose is fulfi

lled.
Qualific

ations
You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Wor
kforce.You also hold your QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services or be willing to undertake this qualification as part of th
e role.Hold a full UK driving l

icense.
